• Deliver short-term, goal-focused therapy and longer-term therapeutic support where clinically appropriate.
• Conduct client assessments using recognised, evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Develop and implement personalised care or treatment plans based on individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate availability, session notes and clinical documentation using a secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with TherapyMantra’s care coordination and support teams when required.
• Deliver ethical, client-centred and culturally sensitive care in accordance with applicable professional standards and state regulations.

Requirements:

To qualify for this remote therapist job in the United States, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Psychotherapy or a closely related field.
• Relevant experience providing counselling or therapeutic services.
• An active or eligible state-level license, registration or certification to practice as a therapist or counsellor in the USA (as applicable by state).
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic frameworks.
