Key Responsibilities:
In this 100% remote therapist role, you will:
- Provide online counselling and therapy services to clients across the United States via TherapyMantra’s secure teletherapy platform.
- Deliver short-term, goal-focused therapy and longer-term therapeutic support where clinically appropriate.
- Conduct client assessments using recognised, evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Develop and implement personalised care or treatment plans based on individual client needs.
- Maintain accurate availability, session notes and clinical documentation using a secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with TherapyMantra’s care coordination and support teams when required.
- Deliver ethical, client-centred and culturally sensitive care in accordance with applicable professional standards and state regulations.
Requirements:
To qualify for this remote therapist job in the United States, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Psychotherapy or a closely related field.
- Relevant experience providing counselling or therapeutic services.
- An active or eligible state-level license, registration or certification to practice as a therapist or counsellor in the USA (as applicable by state).
