Key Responsibilities:

In this 100% remote therapist role, you will:

• Provide individual therapy sessions through our secure telehealth platform.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Support clients using evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential and timely clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment strategies when appropriate.
• Participate in case consultations and professional collaboration as needed.
• Deliver ethical, culturally sensitive and client-centered mental health care.

Requirements:

To qualify for this remote therapist job in California, you should have:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
• Active and unrestricted California state license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Licensed Psychologist or equivalent).
• Experience providing individual counseling or psychotherapy services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and clinical skills.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health documentation systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional work-from-home environment.
