Job Overview:

TherapyMantra is seeking licensed Therapists and Psychiatrists for a remote position.

This role involves delivering structured online therapy sessions across areas such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, addiction, anger management, trauma & PTSD, insomnia, marriage and divorce counseling, employee mental health (EAP) and relationship therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

In this remote therapist/psychiatrist job, you will:

• Conduct online therapy sessions for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD and OCD.
• Provide counseling for panic attacks, trauma & PTSD, addiction and anger issues.
• Offer therapy for relationship, marriage, divorce and family conflicts.
• Support clients with LGBTQ+ concerns and identity-related challenges.
• Provide guidance for stress management, workplace issues and EAP clients.
• Deliver therapy for child & teen behavioral issues.
• Manage cases related to insomnia, spiritual concerns and sex therapy.
• Maintain accurate digital clinical notes and documentation.
• Prescribe medications (for psychiatrists) when clinically appropriate.

Requirements:

To qualify for this therapist job in Japan, you should have:

• M.Phil / MA / MSc in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology
  OR
  MBBS with MD/DNB in Psychiatry (for psychiatrist roles).
• Valid RCI registration (for clinical psychologists) or Medical Council registration (for psychiatrists).
• Experience in online or in-clinic mental health practice.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches (CBT, ERP, REBT, etc.).
• Excellent communication and empathy skills.
• Ethical, confidential and client-centered practice approach.
• Reliable internet and professional WFH setup.
