In this 100% remote therapist role, you will:

  • Provide online psychotherapy services to clients through TherapyMantra’s secure teletherapy platform.
  • Deliver short-term, goal-oriented therapy as well as longer-term treatment where clinically appropriate.
  • Conduct therapy assessments using evidence-based screening and diagnostic tools.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate availability, session notes, and clinical documentation using a secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Collaborate with TherapyMantra’s clinical and care coordination teams as required.
  • Deliver ethical, compliant, and culturally competent therapy care in line with German professional standards.

To qualify for this remote therapist job in Germany, you must have:

  • A Master’s degree or higher in therapy, Clinical therapy, or a closely related field.
  • Relevant clinical experience providing therapy or therapeutic services.
  • Legal authorization to practice therapy in Germany, or eligibility to provide therapy services via teletherapy in accordance with applicable German regulations.
  • Experience conducting therapy assessments and using evidence-based screening tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for remote clinical practice.
