Key Responsibilities:
In this 100% remote therapist role, you will:

- Deliver short-term, goal-oriented therapy as well as longer-term support where appropriate.
- Conduct client assessments using evidence-based therapeutic frameworks.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment or care plans based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate availability, session notes and clinical documentation using a secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate with TherapyMantra’s clinical and care coordination teams when required.
- Deliver ethical, culturally sensitive and client-centred care aligned with professional standards.
Requirements:
To qualify for this remote therapist job in Australia, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Psychotherapy or a closely related field.
- Relevant experience providing counselling or therapeutic services.
