Key Responsibilities:

In this 100% remote psychology role, you will:

• Deliver online psychotherapy services to clients through TherapyMantra’s secure teletherapy platform.
• Provide short-term, goal-oriented care as well as longer-term treatment where clinically appropriate.
• Conduct psychological assessments and psychometric evaluations using standardized screening and diagnostic tools.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate availability, session notes and clinical documentation using a secure Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with TherapyMantra’s clinical, care coordination and support teams as required.
• Deliver ethical, culturally competent and empathetic care in line with professional standards.

Requirements:

To qualify for this remote psychologist/psychometrician role, you should have:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Psychotherapy or a closely related field.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience providing psychological or therapeutic services.
• Valid professional authorization or licensure to practice psychology in Norway or eligibility to provide psychological services in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Experience with psychological assessments, psychometric testing or diagnostic evaluations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for remote clinical practice.
• A reliable internet connection and a private, professional work-from-home setup.
